Elektrokorund zwykły brązowy

Elektrokorund jest ścierniwem o bardzo wysokiej twardości i skrawności. Dlatego doskonale sprawdza się tam, gdzie konieczne jest intensywne oddziaływanie na powierzchnię materiału. Dostępny w naszej ofercie elektrokorund zwykły brązowy nie jest jedyną odmianą tego ścierniwa, ale najpopularniejszą i jednocześnie najtańszą.

Do zalet elektrokorundu można zaliczyć:

  • korzystny stosunek ceny do jakości;
  • wysoką cykliczność;
  • bardzo wysoką twardość - 9 w skali Mohsa;
  • czystość materiału - niskie pylenie podczas pracy;
  • wysoką skrawalność;
  • ekologiczny charakter – nie zawiera metali ciężkich.

Elektrokorund jest też najtwardszym ze znanych ścierniw. Dla porównania granulat szklany ma twardość 6 w skali Mohsa.

Zakres zastosowania:

Ze względu na swoje wyjątkowe właściwości oraz małą podatność na niszczenie i pylenie, elektrokorund ma bardzo szerokie zastosowanie. Jest zalecany do obróbki strumieniowo-ściernej metodą na sucho. Główne przeznaczenie to:

  • matowienie powierzchni w celu zwiększenia przyczepności przed lakierowaniem;
  • czyszczenie stali zwykłej, kwasoodpornej, metali kolorowych, kamieni, szkła, aluminium;
  • zdobienie i grawerowanie szkła;
  • grawerowanie liternictwa nagrobkowego;
  • piaskowanie elementów i części samochodowych.

Ścierniwo znajduje również zastosowanie w przemyśle ceramicznym i materiałów żaroodpornych i żarowytrzymałych.
